
Janet Clark graduated from Buena Vista College in 1988 with a degree in education. She taught for ten years, primarily working with disabled adults, before going to work as a journalist. More than 400 of her articles have been published, and she has received several awards from the Iowa Press Women's Communication Contest for her work.
Blind Faith is her first novel.
She has also worked as a waitress, nurse's aide, pharmacy technician, day care provider, field interviewer, and housecleaner, and once did a stint at a car wash as an interior cleaner.
Janet Clark lives with her husband Joe and their two dogs in Fort Dodge, Iowa. They have two adult children.
